Looking for a candidate to lead a migration from broad based HRIS System to Workday. You will be doing the implementation of all Workday modules and functionality including compensation module. This is a functional/technical role. You will serve as the SME for HRIS and reporting capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years experience in HRIS and compensation
  • Advanced technical experience in HRIS functionality, report writing and Excel.
  • Experience with Ultimate Software, Workday or Oracle HR systems
  • Compensation
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CCP Certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
