SAP PI PO Integration Technical Consultant (Contract)

Location: Bangalore Country: India
 

SAP PI PO Consultant

We are looking for (offshore from India) for the below requirement.

Remote working role. On EU time zone.
Full time contract allocation.
40 hours per week.
Duration 12 months
Start ASAP

Strong hands-on knowledge in SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration with 7 to 10 years of implementation/development experience. Should be able to independently design/develop/troubleshoot PI/PO developments.

Need to be well versed with:

1. Complex UDF solutions - The candidate should have experience in dynamic configuration, usage of node functions.
2. Java Mapping - The candidate should be able to write Java code within custom adapter for mapping rules
3. Rest Technology - The candidate should have knowledge in Rest Sender and Receiver adapter configurations and dynamic URL pattern configurations.
4. Exposure and working knowledge In CPI are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement SAP PI/PO interfaces to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
2. Configure and maintain integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO tools such as Integration Builder, Integration Directory, and Enterprise Service Repository.
3. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design efficient solutions.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including monitoring message flows, identifying errors, and implementing fixes.
5. Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements related to SAP PI/PO landscape.
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications, mapping documents, and operational procedures.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and end-users.
8. Stay updated with the latest SAP PI/PO technologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a SAP PI/PO Consultant or similar role.
3. Proficiency in SAP PI/PO development tools and technologies, including Integration Builder, Integration Directory, and Enterprise Service Repository.
4. Strong understanding of SAP integration methodologies, such as ALE, RFC, IDoc, SOAP, REST, and File-based integration.
5. Experience with SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP BW, and SAP S/4HANA.
6. Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and administration.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. SAP PI/PO certification is a plus.

Additional Information:

Knowledge of other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator is beneficial but not mandatory.
