The role

• Manage the Information security program for our EMEA entities
• Operate core security processes supporting our clients products used by our EMEA entities
• Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance security and product usability
• Execute data analysis to evaluate effectiveness of our security product initiatives, and identify opportunities to better achieve our goals.
• Policy and risk management documentation and design
• Analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements as our covered entities continue to expand

About you

• You are an expert at designing and improving operational processes to increase efficiency at scale
• You are highly skilled at evaluating and reporting on data for large scale initiatives, including at an executive level
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in order to drive cross-functional alignment
• Continuous learning mindset to stay on top of emerging threats and technologies with a willingness to apply processes unique to challenges
• Technical understanding of Back End engineering architectures
• Experience with SQL, ideally in Snowflake or a similar platform

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Looker, or another Business Intelligence visualization platform
• Experience working in a high security and/or highly regulated industry
• Knowledge of multi-party computation, cryptography, or key management best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
