Project Manager - RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management)

Join a global leader at the intersection of technology and life sciences that has powered over 14,000 clinical trials. We are seeking a Project Manager - RTSM to manage overall client relationships and day-to-day project activities.

• Client Leadership: Act as the primary lead for account management and subject matter expertise throughout the study life cycle.

• Strategic Design: Review clinical protocols to provide the best implementation strategies for RTSM.

• Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes.

• Workshops & Training: Deliver workshop content, lead client meetings, and provide training to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Documentation: Prepare system-related specifications and maintain project documentation within e-binders

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device, or biotech) and Clinical Research SaaS technology.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project and MS Office suite.

• Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, public speaking, and organizational skills.

• Mobility: Self-motivated for remote work with the ability to travel up to 25%.

• Degree: 4-year college degree (science or analytic discipline preferred) or an advanced degree.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience, with a preference for 2-5 years in clinical or software development focused on RTSM/IRT
