HR Data Analyst - ServiceNow
Based in London a HR Data Analyst is required to work on a 3-6 month contract in the banking sector.
Day Rate - up to £462 per day Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Overview

• The role holder will be responsible for managing the analysis and design of the Onboarding processes.
• They will be responsible for requirements gathering, documentation of solution design, documenting and executing test scenarios and performing a variety of other change and implementation management activities.
• They may be required to support change management activities spanning from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions; tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.
• They will also be responsible for defining and tracking metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the programme and providing relevant data to ensure that programme decisions are based on data and insights-led.

• Experience in data design and identifying configuration values from requirements to implementation delivery
• Experience of operating in a significant programme and/or change environment
• Works flexibly, taking responsibility for all areas of work as required and adapting to change
• Experience in HR/ER with a strong understanding of the impact HR/ER processes have on HR Systems
• Understanding of ServiceNow, SuccessFactors and Automation principles
