SAP ABAP AFS SENIOR DEVELOPER - REMOTE - 3-5 months + extension
Nicholas Bernard is currently looking for a Senior Consultant in the SAP ABAP AFS area for our long standing end-client currently working on ECC 6.0 enhancements projects. This will be a long-term engagement with an initial contract of 3-5 months.
Job Description:
- Start date: ASAP up to mid-May
-Travel: Remote
- Project language: English
- Candidate must possess strong and proven analytical, conceptual/problem solving skills, as well as excellent written & oral communication skills
- Minimum 12+ years' technical experience as a senior ABAP software developer on ECC 6.0 (+AFS EXPERIENCE is a must)
- Strong Functional understanding of PP/MM primary applications, tables, and basic configuration options; Pricing in particular
- Deep understanding of all aspects of the SAP Data Dictionary - Experience with data analysis, and data architecture
- Solid experience and understanding of all SAP enhancement techniques
- Expert Dialog Programming/Menu Painter skills creating custom t-codes from scratch that include custom tables, complex screens, and flow logic
- Solid ABAP experience creating custom controls
- Expert ABAP report development skills - Deep performance tuning knowledge - ALV expert
- Interface development experience utilizing EDI, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, FTP, Email, and CSV files
- Solid development experience creating and maintaining complex SmartForms and SAPScripts
